I recently stumbled on this technique where you fume out the outer corners using an eyeliner, and it'south the All-time. Thing. Ever. Considering no fallout. 🙂 Basically, all you demand is a pencil liner, your favorite blending brush and your best resting b*tch confront.

Stride 1: Start with your (nearly) completed makeup look
